Jarushka Naidoo, MBBCH, MHS, is a medical oncologist and an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Oncology in the Upper Aerodigestive Division at the Bloomberg-Kimmel Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy of Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and a consultant medical oncologist at Beaumont Hospital in Dublin Ireland.
She serves in multiple leadership roles including Chair of the Immunotherapy Subcommittee of NRG Oncology, Co-Chair of the Lung Cancer Committee of the Association for Community Cancer Centers, and Co-Chair of the Lung Cancer Committee of the Institute for Clinical Immuno-Oncology. Dr Naidoo is a member of the Immune-Toxicity Guideline Panel of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), Lung Cancer and Cancer Control and Symptom Science Committees of the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG), Immunotherapy Toxicity Guideline Committee of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), and Immuno-Oncology Institute Working Group of the Association for Community Cancer Centers.
Dr Naidoo has authored or coauthored at least 47 peer-reviewed journal articles and at least 1 book chapter. She is a member of ASCO, the European Society of Medical Oncology, the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer, the Society for Immunotherapy in Cancer, and the American Association for Cancer Research. Dr Naidoo’s clinical research focus includes lung cancer, thoracic malignancies, and immunotherapy.
